Delivery and Return Conditions

1. Definition and Scope

Lextum.ai offers AI-supported legal research, document automation and similar digital services ("Service") electronically. The user purchasing an annual subscription to Lextum ("Member") accepts this text, the provisions of the Distance Sales Contract and the Membership/ User Agreement.

2. Delivery of Service (Activation)

• • After payment is confirmed, the subscription is activated within at most 10 minutes.
• • The Member uses the service by logging into the system from lextum.ai address with their e-mail and password.
• • In cases where access may be partially/completely interrupted for planned maintenance, development or mandatory system works, the Member is notified via e-mail at least 48 hours in advance.

3. Payment Failure and Unauthorized Use

• • If payment cannot be received, is cancelled or chargeback occurs, no obligation to provide service arises for the relevant period.
• • In cases of unauthorized use of credit card, the provisions of Law No. 5464 and relevant Regulation apply.

4. Force Majeure and Beyond Control Cases

Lextum cannot be held responsible for late or incomplete performance in cases considered force majeure or beyond Lextum's control (natural disaster, general infrastructure/access problems, large-scale cyber attacks, etc.).

5. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund

• • Annual subscriptions: Although the exception within the scope of Article 15/ğ of the Regulation on Distance Contracts is reserved, Lextum accepts the withdrawal request within 10 days from the establishment of the contract as a practice in favor of the customer.
• • The Member submits the withdrawal request to info@lextum.ai address. In case of withdrawal, Lextum refunds the remaining amount within 10 days via the same payment channel by deducting the fee for the days used, if any.
• • Corporate bulk licenses, contracts containing customized installation/integration and cases where usage is considered exceptional or abuse are excluded from the scope of refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

The content and outputs offered by Lextum are for general information and automation purposes; they are not legal consultancy. It is necessary to apply to a lawyer for final decisions and transactions.

7. Complaint and Dispute Resolution

Complaints can be submitted via info@lextum.ai. Consumer applications can be made to Consumer Arbitration Committees within monetary limits; to Consumer Courts for amounts above.
