Lextum Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

1. Parties and Purpose

These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern the rights and obligations between Anta Bilişim Anonim Şirketi (“Lextum” or “Company”) operating the website www.lextum.ai (“Site”) and users (“Member” or “User”) utilizing the AI-powered legal assistant services (“Service”).

By becoming a member of the Site or using the Services, you declare that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, understood its content, and accepted all its provisions.

2. Definition and Scope of Service

Lextum is a digital platform offering AI-powered legal research, petition and contract drafting, academic info note generation, legal translation, and UYAP-integrated analysis services.

The Service is a digital subscription model performed instantly in an electronic environment. Access to the service begins immediately after payment.

3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Warning and Disclaimer

• Draft Nature: All petitions, contracts, analyses, and translations generated by the platform are purely "draft" and "auxiliary tools".
• Margin of Error (Hallucination): AI systems may produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information. The Member is exclusively responsible for verifying the content, dates, case law, and legal arguments provided by Lextum.
• Final Responsibility: All legal, financial, and penal liability arising from legal actions, lawsuits, or documents prepared based on Lextum outputs belongs entirely to the Member (User/Lawyer).

4. Membership, Payment, and Cancellation Conditions

• Subscription: The service renews automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on the selected package.
• Auto-Renewal: Unless cancelled by the Member, the subscription fee is charged to the registered card at the end of the period. Cancellation can be done via the user panel or by notification to info@lextum.ai.
• Right of Withdrawal and Refund: Although there is technically no right of withdrawal for "digital content" under the law; Lextum grants an unconditional refund right within 10 (ten) days for initial purchases. If a refund request is submitted within this period, the fee is refunded. (Cases of system abuse and excessive usage are reserved).

5. Usage Rules and Prohibitions (AUP)

Users undertake to comply with the following rules when using the Site:

• Account Sharing: User accounts are personal. Passwords cannot be shared with third parties or opened to multiple uses.
• Data Mining: It is prohibited to extract data from the Site via automated methods such as bots, spiders, scrapers, or to slow down the system's operation.
• Commercial Resale Ban: Service access or outputs obtained via Lextum cannot be sold, rented, or made part of a competing product to third parties.
• Illegality: Services cannot be used to commit crimes, threaten, blackmail, or violate others' rights.

6. Module-Based Special Provisions

• Petition and UYAP Integration: The Member declares that they are the legally authorized attorney (Lawyer) in the files from which they fetch data via UYAP integration and have the necessary authority to process client data.
• Voice/Video Meeting: In meetings held via the platform, it is prohibited to record secretly without the other party's permission. Lextum does not record meeting contents.

7. Privacy and Data Security

Lextum protects your personal data in accordance with KVKK and GDPR standards.

• Data Storage: Your data may be stored encrypted in secure cloud infrastructures (Amazon AWS/Google Cloud).
• Data Usage: Private case data or draft contents entered by users are not used to train Lextum's general AI models.

8. Corporate Use

In corporate subscriptions, the license scope and number of users are determined according to the purchased package. The corporate account manager is responsible for the activities and authorization of sub-users. If Corporate API access is provided, this access can only be used for internal workflows.

9. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights of all software, design, algorithms, visuals, and content on the Site belong to Anta Bilişim Anonim Şirketi. They cannot be copied or used without permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

In disputes arising from this Agreement; Consumer Arbitration Committees/Courts are authorized for consumer members, and Istanbul (Central) Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for Professional/Corporate members.
